Privacy notice
How we look after your details.
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have a right to know what we collect and why. Here it is in plain words.
Who we are
Miccor Construction (Pty) Ltd, trading as Miccor Flooring, Unit 10, Ruimsig Shopping Centre, 1 Doreen Road, Ruimsig, Roodepoort. Phone 011 760 1793. Email sales@miccorflooring.co.za. Our Information Officer, the person responsible for your personal information, is Steven, at steven@miccorflooring.co.za.
What we collect
When you request a quote: your name, cell number, email address if you give it, the town of the job, the details of the job, and any photos or plans you attach.
Why we collect it
Only to answer your request: to contact you and to quote. If you ticked the separate box for offers and news, we may also send you the occasional message, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Who sees it
The Miccor Flooring team. We don't sell or share your details. Our website and email providers store them for us, under their own security measures. If you send your request by WhatsApp, WhatsApp carries it under its own terms.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to quote, do the job and honour our warranty, and then we delete it unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You may ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, and object to direct marketing. Contact us on the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
